Great for
family gatherings!
Poland Spring Resort has eleven
cottages.
All our cottages are immaculately clean and nicely, but simply
furnished. We supply all bed linens, including one pillow per
person. All bedrooms are located on the first and second floor. They have air conditioning in the summer and heat in
the spring and fall. See our map for
locations of cottages.
Cottages assure privacy. No maid
service in cottages. Bring your own TV, if you must. Cottages have a full
living room, snacking kitchen (toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator,
silverware, and glasses, some with libraries, some with screened in
porches... 2 to 5 bedrooms. Minimum requirement for rental is 4 people
per cottage.

Roosevelt House (Suite Rate)
A
very special summer home. Named after President Roosevelt
(not sure which one), you will love it. It is directly on
the 14th hole of the golf course. Two stories, two full suites on each floor.
Each floor has snacking kitchen and living room.
Designed for 2 to 4
couples. |

The Beach House
(Beach House Rate)
Lake-front cottage, 1 mile from Maine Inn,
on Middle Range Pond. Bring your bathing suit. Two stories,
two air-conditioned bedrooms, living room with sofa bed,
fully furnished kitchen, washer/dryer, dock, screened porch,
color TV, and more.
On the National Register of Historic Places.
