Maine Inn, Hotel and Vacation Package Important Info
It is so easy to make a reservation at Poland Spring. However, it is important that you read our brochure or our website before making your reservations. Choose a couple of dates, building and room types you are interested in and give us a call for instant reservations.
Deposit required: $20.00 per person. We accept Visa, Discover, Master Card, and American Express.

Monday - Friday 9 AM to 5 PM Year Round.
April through August, we are also available Monday evening until 6:30 PM. April through Columbus Day Saturday and Sunday 9 AM to 11 AM.
| Your inn, hotel or Maine vacation package confirmation will be mailed or e-mailed to you. Your balance is due 30 days before check-in date. We prefer payment by check, if we don't receive your check we will automatically charge your credit card 29-days before your check-in date. |

Inn & Hotel / Motel Check-In & Check-Out:
Spring & Fall Check-in: Begins noon.
Summer Check-in: Begins 4 PM (June 20-August 27).
All check-outs: By 11 AM at the Maine Inn.
You are welcome to use the facilities all day, but the rooms must be vacated by 11 AM.
Check-In Locations:
Friday Check-in: All at the Maine Inn.
Sunday Check-in: Begins at 4 PM.
Maine Inn and Cottages check-in at the Maine Inn.
Presidential & Motor Court Inns check-in 4-5 PM at the Presidential Inn. After 5 PM, all check-in at the Maine Inn.
Inn, Hotel & Vacation Package Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation or change requests should be made at least thirty (30) days prior to your reserved arrival date. Requests for cancellation or changes may be made by calling our office at: (207) 998-4351.
Monday - Friday 9 AM to 5 PM.

If you cancel the reservation, 30 days or more prior to scheduled arrival, you may choose to either:
Transfer your deposit to another reservation date in 2010, less a $5.00 processing fee per room. -
If you prefer, we will issue a transferable Credit Voucher good for two years for the deposit, less a $5.00 processing fee per room. The voucher can be used toward your unpaid balance on future reservations.

If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days before check-in you will receive back the deposit portion (as a Credit Voucher), service charge, entertainment tickets, and any taxes paid only.

If you cancel within the last 24 hours prior to check-in time there is no refund, however, you may transfer the reservation to another person for the same dates.
It is always a good idea to take the
Protection Plan to protect your balance.
Inn, Hotel, Motel, Vacation Package Protection PlanPlan for the unexpected! The charge is $15.00 per person, payable with your balance, 30 days before check-in. This will give you full balance protection, for any reason you have to cancel, up to 24 hours before the check-in time! You will receive a full refund for the balance portion, minus the protection plan cost, plus a Credit Voucher for the deposit of $20.00 per person. The Protection Plan is only available when you make your reservation and is non-refundable. Is it a worthwhile investment? YES! Why take a chance! |

Other Important Inn, Hotel, Motel Policies
Key Deposit: A $2.00 per person key deposit is automatically charged to your bill, refunded in cash when keys are returned upon check-out.
Single supplement: All our rooms are double occupancy, if you wish to have a single room at one of the Inns, the rate will be increased by 50%. Not available at cottages. Not available on Super Saver weekends or weeks.
Third person (adults or children) sharing same room in the any of the inns is charged at 2/3 regular rates. Not available on Super Saver weekends or weeks. Babies 0-2 years - no charge, however we do not provide cribs. High chairs are available.

Sorry, no pets allowed except service dogs. Boarding kennels are nearby, call for details.
