To become a Great Vacation Value, we have done away with many of the costly services that most people do not miss. Please take the time to read our website and decide if Poland Spring is right for you.
Poland Spring went “green” before it was the chic thing to do.... One way we help the environment is by conserving water.... Please bring your own towels, soap and room glasses. We do provide sheets, blankets, bedspreads, and one pillow per person. If you would like facial tissue or an extra pillow, bring it along.
Don’t pay for things you don’t want ...There are no phones in the rooms, but we do have public phones in the lobbies or if you must, bring your cell phone. There is a message board for incoming calls that you are free to ignore. The Maine Inn lobby has wireless internet access and a public computer to check your e-mail. No clanging ice machine in every hall, need ice? Buy it at the gift shop. Bring your own shampoo, we don’t give you little bottles that adds to the room cost. No doormen or bellboys. (Maine Inn & Presidential Inn at peak check-in times in summer, there is luggage assistance.)
In keeping with Stress Free, we have no social directors... you can choose to do everything or nothing. We have over 500 acres to enjoy... loads of activities and nightly entertainment.

Vacation Packages
We offer various vacation packages. We are open weekends in the spring and fall and 7-days a week in summer. All of our packages include our all-you-can-eat delicious buffet meals. Most daily activities are included in your vacation package, and much more!
Super Saver Weekends Friday to Sunday... 2 nights include Saturday breakfast and supper, and Sunday brunch. Friday supper is extra. Available May 23 -25, and all weekends in June. Rates from $55.00 per person for the entire weekend.
Weekends Friday to Sunday... 2 nights include Saturday breakfast and supper, and Sunday brunch. Friday supper is extra. Available July 9 through October 3. Rates from $79 per person for the entire 2 night weekend.
Legal Holiday Weekends Friday to Monday... 3 nights, 5 meals including 3 breakfasts and 2 suppers. Friday supper is extra. Available Memorial Day Weekend, Independence Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend and Columbus Day Weekend. Rates from $99.00 per person for the entire 3 night weekend.
5-Night Summer Midweek Sunday to Friday ... 5 nights, 10 meals. Enjoy free Tai Chi lessons, concerts, tours, free afternoon entertainment and lots, lots more. Rates from $179.00 per person for the entire 5 nights mid-week.
7-Night Summer Weeks Combine our 5-night midweek and weekend package for a 7-night discounted rate. Includes 14 meals (free Friday supper). Check-in either Friday or Sunday. Rates from $210.00 per person for the entire 7-night week.
